Dr. Teresa Thompson-Pinckney, class of '89 participated in TRIO Talent Search (LEARN) while a student at Dunbar-Struggs High. She continues the legacy of helping low-income/first-generation youth get access to college by securing TRIO Talent Search grants of $2.5 million in Fayetteville, NC. The number of low-income/first-generation youth who can participate in the program doubles.
